
Throughout August, guests are invited to slow down, reconnect and embrace a curated program of wellness experiences inspired by the natural elements.
Led by our in-house wellness instructor, Isadora, the weekly program moves through themes of grounding, energy, movement, restoration and reflection. Designed to complement the rhythm of island life, each experience offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself while immersed in the natural beauty of Rottnest Island.
Yoga
Our yoga sessions range from restorative and gentle practices through to more dynamic flows, encouraging balance between movement and stillness. Through mindful postures, breathwork and guided relaxation, each class is designed to support mobility, reduce stress and foster a greater sense of presence.
Pilates
Energising and full-body focused, our Pilates classes build strength, stability and body awareness through controlled movement. Suitable for all experience levels, these sessions are designed to improve posture, coordination and overall wellbeing while leaving you feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Ice Bath
A powerful practice in both physical and mental resilience, our guided ice bath experiences invite guests to embrace the benefits of cold-water immersion. Supporting recovery, circulation and focus, each session offers an opportunity to step outside your comfort zone and reconnect with the present moment.
Designed for Everyone
All wellness experiences are complimentary for guests and are suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you are new to wellness practices or have an established routine, Isadora will provide guidance and modifications to ensure each session is accessible and enjoyable.
Yoga mats, blocks and towels are provided for all classes.
