The team from La Delizia Latticini will be joining us to handcraft fresh mozzarella. - Tuesday 29 December: Tuna Carving & Canapés
Chef Quim Hernandez takes centre stage for an afternoon of tuna carving, accompanied by a selection of canapés. - Sunday 3 January: Risotto from the Parmesan Wheel
