An exclusive winter dining experience celebrating exceptional Australian produce, from freshly shucked oysters and premium seafood to Lake Janis Farm sirloin, all paired with Forrest Hill wines.

Presented by Executive Chef Quim Hernandez and Jerry Fraser, “The King of Oysters”, guests will enjoy a specially curated menu while hearing the stories behind the ingredients, producers and dishes. Throughout the evening, live cooking demonstrations will bring the experience to life, offering a rare glimpse into the techniques and craftsmanship behind each course.

Set against the backdrop of Rottnest Island in winter, this intimate evening combines outstanding food, wine and storytelling for a memorable celebration of Western Australia’s finest produce.
