Begin your morning with a mindful mat Pilates class focused on strength, balance, and controlled movement. Guided by our experienced in-house instructor, Isadora, and hosted on the Sea Deck or in the Bayside Room (weather dependent).

Designed to suit guests of all levels, the class offers layered progressions and modifications so you can work at a pace that feels right for your body. Through precise, low-impact exercises, Pilates activates deep stabilising muscles, improves posture and encourages steady, controlled breathing. It is an effective way to stimulate blood flow, gently awaken tired muscles and build core strength, leaving you feeling aligned, energised and ready for a full day on the island.
