As the sun sets over Thomson Bay and the winter air settles across the island, join us for a guided whisky tasting experience in the cosy Samphire Club, beside the warmth of the fire.
Explore a curated selection of whiskies from Scotland, Japan, the United States and Australia, each showcasing the unique character, craftsmanship and traditions of their region. Accompanied by a light tasting board designed to complement the flavour profiles of each pour, this experience is both warming and immersive.
Guided by our passionate team, you’ll discover the stories, distilling techniques and tasting notes behind each whisky, while learning how climate, ageing and cask selection influence flavour and finish.
