Awaken the body and settle into the day with a guided yoga flow set against the calm of Thomson Bay. Held on the Seadeck or in the Bayside Room (weather dependent) with our in-house instructor, Isadora, this session is designed to ground, energise, and ease you into island time.

Rooted in traditional practice yet accessible to all levels, each class draws from Hatha and Vinyasa styles, blending mindful breathwork with steady, flowing movement. Expect improved flexibility, strength and posture, along with the mental clarity that comes from slowing down and tuning in.

Yoga supports not only the body, but the nervous system, helping to reduce stress, improve focus and cultivate a greater sense of balance and wellbeing. Sessions are thoughtfully tailored to participants, offering modifications and gentle challenges so every guest can move with confidence and intention.

Mats and blocks provided. Suitable for all levels.
