Our fourth and final Home Grown dinner, brings the vibrant flavours and culinary theatre of New South Wales to Rottnest Island.

Bayside Room at Samphire Rottnest, 5pm – 8pm

The evening begins with a display of whole big-eyed tuna, carved live by Executive Chef Quim Hernandez and Prendiville Group Director of Food Russell Blaikie for the first course. Succeeded by a menu showcasing the full spectrum of NSW’s culinary landscape; Sydney rock oysters, barramundi and blue swimmer crab ravioli, kangaroo and Guinness pot pie, a reimagined classic lamington and more.

Complemented by wines from a selection of wineries across the Hunter Valley,
