The first in a new four part dining series at Samphire Rottnest, join us for a celebration of Australian cuisine from coast to countryside.
Bayside Room at Samphire Rottnest, 5pm – 8pm
This exclusive evening invites you to discover the culinary essence of Western Australia, with a specially curated menu featuring Shark Bay blue swimmer crab, Abrolhos island scallops, Cervantes lobster tortellini, Lake Jenis sirloin, sweet beetroot tartin and more. Paired with premium wines from Sandalford’s iconic WA portfolio, introduced by Cellar Door Manager Jamie Forrest.
Begin your evening fireside at The Beach Club before making your way to Bayside Room for a night of exceptional flavours, storytelling, and culinary discovery.
