We’re here to ensure that your event goes off without a hitch.
The Bayside Room features a ceiling-mounted projector with a large 110-inch screen, built-in speaker systems, HDMI points for easy presentation connectivity, roaming microphones, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Our Conference Retreat packages come with audiovisual support such as an HDMI Projector Setup, microphone, video conference capability, flipchart with 40 sheets of paper, and the Samphire lectern (optional).
What catering is available for private functions?
For functions where you can let your hair down, let us indulge you in our range of seasonal menus.
Our cocktail parties provide you with a range of hot and cold canapes, or a Live Cooking event that elevates your beachside experience. Can I customise the setup of my function space?
Of course. Just let us know in advance the configuration that you need, and we’ll arrange it for you. We can also adjust on the day to ensure that it’s 100% right for your event.
However, please be aware that there are Rottnest Island Authority regulations regarding flora, fauna and time curfews that must be followed. Our friendly team is more than happy to provide guidance on these rules.
Can I book rooms for my guests, too?
Absolutely. Choose from our beachfront suites, beach lane rooms, or poolside rooms. Guests at Samphire Rottnest will have exclusive access to two heated pools, daily housekeeping services, and in-room spa treatments.

What’s the cancellation and refund policy for conference or function bookings?
While we know sometimes cancellation of accommodation is unavoidable – in the event cancellation is required, Samphire Rottnest must receive all event amendments and cancellations in writing. Any amendments are subject to availability and agreement with Samphire Rottnest and may incur additional fees and charges.
